Use on dry skin only for good exfoliation, from toes to head, but never on the face!

 

2-3 times a week

 

  1. Brush upward toward the heart starting at the feet smoothly
  2. Go over your abdomen and lower back in a clockwise direction
  3. For the arms, start at your hands and work upward
  4. Spend a little extra time on your neck and armpits for better lymphatic drainage

Use on dry skin or with your favorite serums, lotion, skin oil, or any skincare product! Also avoid the face.

 

As much as desired

 

  1. Move upward and in circular motion for a full, at-home massage experience
  2. Go over the thighs area to reduce cellulite
  3. Use daily for 5-10 minutes to reduce puffiness in skin through improved lymphatic drainage and blood circulation

How many times can I use the Glow Getter Dry Brush?

To avoid irritating your skin, it’s recommended to use the bristle-side of the dry brush 2 to 3 times a week only. As for the bamboo side, which helps with puffiness and cellulite reduction, as well as with lymphatic drainage and massage, this can be used daily.

- Stop brushing if the skin is irritated 

Can I wash the Glow Getter Dry Brush?

It’s definitely recommended to wash your brush with soap to eliminate any accumulation of dead skin cells and bacteria. Let it air dry in the sun if possible and avoid storing it in damp areas, like the shower.
